Mosiah Olvera is an exceptional associate attorney at Erwin Law Office. Originally from Mexico, Mosiah came to the U.S. when he was only a toddler. Like many of our staff, he has gone through the complicated U.S. immigration system himself.  Initially a recipient of DACA, he  later became a permanent resident and now is proud to be a U.S. citizen. 

Due to his experience, Mosiah has a personal understanding of what clients go through when they have to navigate the immigration system. Having experienced similar situations, Mosiah understands the life-changing impact of receiving things like a work permit, a social security number, and a green card.

Mosiah is fluent in English and Spanish, making it easy for clients to communicate with him. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School with highest honors. Mosiah uses these skills and experiences to fight tirelessly for his clients, ensuring their rights are protected.
