Compassionate Immigration Services at Erwin Law in Tulsa, OK

Mariana Pacheco

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Mariana and her family came to the U.S. when she was only 10 months old. Mariana’s father went through the complicated U.S. immigration system to become a U.S. citizen which allowed Mariana to become a legal permanent resident and later a U.S. citizen. It was at 12 years old that Mariana learned she wanted to become an immigration attorney after witnessing a family friend unable to find an adequate attorney which subsequently led to his deportation. Due to her experience, Mariana has a personal understanding of what clients go through when they have to navigate the immigration system.

Mariana is fluent in English and Spanish, making it easy for clients to communicate with her. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Spanish, and Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of Arkansas. During her undergraduate studies, Mariana volunteered at many events in support of the immigration community in Northwest Arkansas. Mariana then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and later transferred to the University of Tulsa College of Law where she graduated with highest honors. During law school, Mariana participated in her law schools’ immigration clinics and interned at different immigration law firms. Mariana uses her skills and experiences to help her clients achieve the “American Dream”.
