Eddie Erwin is an immigration attorney and the founder of Erwin Law Office, PLLC, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Erwin is a graduate, with Honors, of the University of Tulsa College of Law. He has over 25 years of experience and has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, U.S. Immigration courts, in matters on appeal before the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals, and before state and federal courts in Oklahoma.  

After taking his first immigration case in the late 1990’s, Mr. Erwin quickly realized he had a desire to focus on immigration law.  Now, more than 25 years later, his passion for helping people from all over the world continues, stronger than ever.  At Erwin Law Office, we feel like our clients are truly family and we focus on each case like we would for a close family member.  We take great pride and satisfaction whenever a client achieves their dream of obtaining a green card, citizenship, asylum, or a visa for their loved one.
